You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; a downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK keep their statutory right of withdrawal as described in that policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for violation of these Terms, engagement in prohibited activities, or failure to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, digitalcosmos.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of The Netherlands.
