Delete your EMALINO account

How to permanently delete your account and the data linked to it.

You can delete your EMALINO account at any time, from the mobile app or on the web. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in three steps

  1. Sign in to EMALINO in the mobile app or at emalino.com.
  2. Open Account and select the Data & Legal tab.
  3. Under Danger Zone, choose Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and the personal data linked to it, including your name, email address, photos, videos, voice messages, and location data. Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax documents, are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.

Before you delete

If you are the only owner of a workspace, property, project, or team, transfer ownership or delete it first. EMALINO checks for these and shows you anything that needs attention before deletion can finish.

Cannot sign in?

If you can no longer access your account, you can still ask us to delete it. Contact support and we will verify your identity and remove your account and its data.
