Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Digital Cosmos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the EMALINO software and services ("Software") for your personal or business purposes.

You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Digital Cosmos and title remains with Digital Cosmos. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved.

This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DIGITALCOSMOS.IO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The Software is licensed by Digital Cosmos, Van 't Hoffstraat 224, 2014 RL Haarlem, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 94761361, VAT: NL005107683B02).
