Can I import properties from another tool?

CSV import is on the roadmap. For now, you can add properties manually. Most users finish in under a minute per place.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual, billed in advance. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your workspace settings, and the change takes effect from your next billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Paid periods are billed in advance and are not refundable once the period has started. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for, after which it stops renewing. Start with the free plan or a free trial so you can decide before you pay. EU, EEA, and UK consumers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details.
